Israel Melnikoff (September 22, 1902 – July 10, 1994), known professionally as Robert Mellin, was a Russian Empire-born American composer, lyricist, and music publisher. Born in Kyiv, he was raised in Chicago, where he began his career as a music plugger at Remick Music.
